Melbourne’s cult band of Jazz punks, connoisseurs of classic and neo soul, RnB and contemporary vibes Jazz Party are thrilled to reveal their highly anticipated debut album Monday Night.

Already released singles ‘Rock n Roll Graveyard’, ‘Talking In Your Sleep’ and ‘Drowning’ were recorded live by album producer Steven Schram and showcases the staggering finesse of bandleader and songwriter Darcy McNulty. “We make the music we want and people happen to really respond to it. It was the most fun I've had in a studio setting and we're really proud of this as our debut.”

Jazz Party was conceived in the wake of Clairy Browne and the Bangin' Rackettes, with Rackettes' Saxophonist Darcy McNulty dragging along Loretta Miller, former Rackette herself, and the Rackettes' bassist, Jules Pascoe. Along with Pianist, Hue Blanes, and a rotation of guest members, Jazz Party is a fusion of New Orleanian reincarnation, contemporary debauchery and Monday night barroom gigs.

Monday Night is available now.
